Leads engineering and product development projects from planning through launch, coordinating cross-functional teams, milestones, phase gates, design reviews, risks, conflicts, schedules, and deliverables. Provides executive status reporting, improves project processes, manages customer and internal communications, and helps control fiscal impacts. Partners daily with engineering, materials, production, logistics, quality assurance, and sales teams.

Plans and coordinates materials, schedules, inventory, BOM changes, and supply risk mitigation for new product introduction builds. Collaborates with engineering, purchasing, production planning, manufacturing, and program management teams to support validation, qualification, material transitions, and production handoff. Maintains NPI schedules, communicates material availability, manages project stock, and recommends process improvements to improve supply chain efficiency.

Manages significant Air Force and Space Force programs, including schedules, budgets, requirements, risks, change management, customer reporting, contract execution, and multidisciplinary teams. Leads strategic initiatives, proposal efforts, follow-on business development, and complex projects while ensuring timely delivery and compliance with contract requirements. Requires periodic travel to customer and supplier sites and collaboration across departments.
