Develop and support electro-mechanical manufacturing and end-of-line test equipment for new product introductions. Responsibilities include LabVIEW development, troubleshooting test systems, optimizing assembly-cell uptime, creating design documentation, coordinating cross-functional product releases, and supporting manufacturing improvements. The role also involves electrical schematic troubleshooting, laboratory equipment use, PLC programming, robotics or automation, and project execution.

Designs, develops, tests, and troubleshoots electrical components, electronic circuitry, and PCB layouts for new and existing products. Supports new product introduction, EMC compliance, manufacturing testing, root cause analysis, FMEA, vendor evaluation, and production issue resolution. Collaborates with manufacturing and cross-functional teams while ensuring quality, regulatory, reliability, and schedule requirements are met.

Designs custom circuit boards and electrical solutions for rugged networking products, including power, battery, PoE, and high-speed Ethernet circuits. Responsibilities include schematic capture, PCB layout, fabrication and assembly coordination, board bring-up, debugging, verification testing, manufacturing transition, field support, and design sustainment. The engineer collaborates with mechanical, thermal, systems, purchasing, suppliers, and management teams while supporting product schedules and milestones.
