The role requires compliance with military and aerospace standards and ownership of advanced technical issues.

Support the Business Unit Controller in accounting and FP&A: prepare monthly management reporting, budgets, forecasts, cash flow, SOX compliance and audits, analyze P&L and balance sheet drivers, manage transactional flows (O2C, P2P, MTO), and lead process improvements and staff development.

Lead SAP data migration efforts: develop migration strategy and execution plans, manage data mapping, extraction, transformation, and loads using ETL tools (SAP Data Services). Run mock data loads and dashboards, conduct data mapping workshops, develop conversion documents and data catalogs, partner with business and technical teams, and report progress to leadership.
