Build and lead Curinos’s Client Value Management function, including its operating model, governance, team, coverage model, and performance frameworks. Own enterprise portfolio gross revenue retention, identify systemic renewal risks, lead executive escalations, sponsor strategic accounts, and present portfolio health to executives, the board, and investors. Influence product and delivery priorities through client insights while driving predictable renewal outcomes during platform transitions.

Build executive relationships, lead business reviews, develop value plans, identify renewal risks, drive save plans, and support account growth. Translate analytics, products, and advisory capabilities into measurable business outcomes while coordinating cross-functional teams and influencing stakeholders without formal authority.

Leads day-to-day business operations for Professional Services and Advisory, including operating cadence, KPI reporting, PMO governance, staffing, utilization, talent development, profitability oversight, and executive communications. Partners closely with the EVP to coordinate initiatives, manage risks and dependencies, drive accountability, and ensure strategic work delivers measurable business impact.
