Lead embedded delivery of Agentic AI POCs/MVPs in TruStage data environments. Define reference architectures, standards, and governance for AI data foundations. Mentor teams, industrialize patterns, influence platform/tooling choices, and provide feedback to scale AI-enabled data operations.

Lead analysis, design, development, testing, debugging and production support for complex insurance application systems (OIPA/PAS). Mentor team members, resolve outages, implement SDLC practices, and support data migration and monitoring for a multi-year OIPA implementation.

Manage and mentor multiple software development teams to deliver complex, high-quality applications. Oversee planning, execution, budgets, risks, and technical direction. Drive adoption of best practices, CI/CD, DevOps, cloud architectures (Azure), microservices, and scaled agile delivery. Collaborate with senior leadership, product owners, and vendors to align development with business goals, and lead performance management, career development, and process improvements.
