Drives cross-functional execution by translating decisions into accountable plans, milestones, and measurable outcomes. Identifies risks, dependencies, and resource needs; improves executive operating rhythms, decision-making, transparency, and follow-through. The role requires influencing without authority, navigating ambiguity, supporting board and stakeholder engagements, and connecting strategy with operations, finance, risk, talent, technology, and customer outcomes.

Leads sourcing, supplier selection, contracting, and category strategy activities. Conducts RFx processes, negotiates cost-effective agreements, ensures policy and regulatory compliance, manages order-to-payment processes, and improves procurement efficiency. Partners with cross-functional teams and suppliers to optimize spend, maintain quality and service levels, and implement procurement best practices.

Manages state tax compliance, research, planning strategies, and tax accounting processes. Reviews GAAP and statutory tax elements, leads tax projects and process improvements, oversees external consultants and vendors, identifies control weaknesses, and coordinates tax integration efforts. The role interacts with the IRS, auditors, regulators, and senior tax leadership while translating complex tax information into actionable guidance.
