Support project strategic planning and manage all phases of life sciences facility projects. Coordinate architects, contractors, and consultants; oversee budgets, schedules, contracts, RFQ/RFP processes, vendor selection, and client communication. Produce regular reports and lead proposal review and team selection to meet owner objectives.

Lead commissioning, qualification, and validation activities for GMP capital projects. Develop and approve C&Q and validation documentation, oversee contractors and automation/computerized systems, drive risk-based qualification strategies, and coordinate deliverables across engineering, QA, automation, and operations to ensure regulatory alignment and operational readiness.

The Director of Business Development drives revenue growth by identifying clients, training teams, and executing strategic initiatives, while maintaining high sales performance and collaboration across departments.
