Manage commercial construction projects as an Owner’s Advisor, overseeing planning, design, construction, contracts, budgets, schedules, proposals, consultants, vendors, and project teams. Coordinate architects, contractors, and stakeholders; guide clients through construction complexities; resolve issues; and ensure project objectives, logistics, sequencing, and ownership priorities are achieved.

Support project strategic planning and manage all phases of life sciences facility projects. Coordinate architects, contractors, and consultants; oversee budgets, schedules, contracts, RFQ/RFP processes, vendor selection, and client communication. Produce regular reports and lead proposal review and team selection to meet owner objectives.
