Build executive relationships, pursue $5M–$100M opportunities, shape capture and proposals, manage cross-functional pursuit teams, and drive digital marketing and CRM (Salesforce) discipline to retain and grow customers.

Detect, investigate, and prevent fraud across ticketing/payment channels. Monitor data trends, configure and test fraud detection systems, produce reporting, implement controls, support audits, and collaborate with vendors and cross-functional teams to minimize fraud while reducing false positives and customer impact.
