Lead business development and account management for North American transportation (rail and tolling). Build executive relationships, pursue $5M–$100M opportunities, shape capture and proposals, manage cross-functional pursuit teams, and drive digital marketing and CRM (Salesforce) discipline to retain and grow customers.

Manages complex defense-program subcontracts throughout their lifecycle, including sourcing, solicitation, proposal evaluation, cost and price analysis, negotiation, award, administration, supplier performance, risk mitigation, dispute resolution, and closeout. Ensures compliance with FAR, DFARS, prime-contract flow-downs, and company policies while supporting proposals, program execution, audits, and supplier relationships.

Manages complex defense subcontract lifecycles, including sourcing, solicitation, proposal and cost analysis, negotiation, formation, administration, supplier performance, risk mitigation, dispute resolution, compliance, and closeout. Supports government proposals, make-or-buy decisions, audits, and program execution while ensuring adherence to FAR, DFARS, prime contract flow-downs, and company policies. Serves as the primary interface with subcontractors and independently manages multiple complex supplier relationships.
