Research and interpret federal and state tax law changes, translate them into software requirements, validate tax calculations, and partner with developers on compliant tax technology. The role also creates technical documentation, supports strategic product initiatives, provides tax subject-matter expertise, and uses AI and analytics tools to improve research and workflow efficiency.

Lead and manage the ServiceNow CMDB and ITOM programs to ensure a single source of truth for assets and services. Oversee CMDB design, data quality, CSDM alignment, Discovery and Service Mapping, ITOM roadmap, reporting, governance, and stakeholder engagement. Manage cross-functional teams, enforce code standards, and drive continuous improvement to meet business and operational needs.

Lead Corptax US Compliance and Provision implementations for domestic and international tax clients. Translate tax processes into scalable configurations, data models, and workflows; manage project plans, risks, milestones, and communications. Improve data quality through mapping, transformations, validation, controls, automation, and responsible AI use. Identify recurring client patterns and contribute to implementation accelerators while partnering with Product, Engineering, and Services teams. Support client reporting cycles and maintain stakeholder alignment for timely, high-quality delivery.
