Requires experience with an OCM methodology such as PROSCI and complex projects valued at $10 million or more.

Leads complex regulatory compliance and financial crime consulting engagements for financial institutions, FinTechs, and regulated organizations. Oversees compliance testing, audits, risk assessments, gap analyses, remediation, and program reviews involving BSA/AML, sanctions, governance, controls, monitoring, and compliance technology. Manages engagement delivery, client relationships, executive presentations, quality reviews, team development, methodologies, and practice growth.

Salesforce Consultant bridges client business needs and technical solutions by gathering requirements, designing and implementing Salesforce solutions, documenting processes, creating user stories and technical artifacts, performing QA, and supporting deployments. The role contributes to pre-sales scoping, project delivery, stakeholder communication, and client documentation while developing toward independently leading smaller projects. Minimum 20% travel is required.
