Manages partner lifecycle programs, governance processes, Board and executive support, strategic initiatives, communications, engagement programs, and partner compensation analytics. Coordinates cross-functional work across HR, Finance, Legal, IT, Corporate Development, and business units. Develops dashboards, financial models, forecasts, presentations, business cases, and recommendations while overseeing confidential partnership matters and year-end compensation true-ups.

Supports strategic and operational management for a business unit through budgeting, forecasting, financial and operational reporting, compliance, workforce planning, project coordination, process improvement, and leadership communications. The role analyzes trends and risks, tracks initiatives, coordinates with Finance and Procurement, develops operational tools and metrics, and supports cross-functional change efforts.

Senior individual contributor responsible for driving revenue through consultative selling and market development. Lead new business origination, manage complex sales cycles and pipelines, engage C-suite stakeholders, forecast and maintain CRM discipline, partner with Economists and Account Consultants for delivery transitions, represent the firm at industry events, and translate economic insight into measurable business impact.
