Lead and grow the Accounting Advisory practice in Boston by delivering technical accounting, IPO readiness, financial reporting, transaction, internal controls, and finance transformation services. Manage client engagements, budgets, teams, relationships, and project outcomes while developing new business and service offerings. Advise on US GAAP and IFRS matters, implement approved AI-enabled solutions, mentor staff, and contribute to practice strategy and recruiting.

Lead accounting advisory engagements involving financial reporting, SEC filings, operational accounting, accounting standard implementation, and complex transactions. Advise clients, communicate findings, oversee project planning and administration, manage budgets and billing, and mentor team members. Develop compliant AI-enabled client solutions and internal processes while collaborating with firm and client teams. The role requires strong technical accounting expertise, knowledge of U.S. GAAP or IFRS, professional services experience, and willingness to work hybrid and travel domestically up to 30%.
