The Director - IPO Advisory oversees client engagements for IPO readiness, manages projects, mentors teams, and drives business development while ensuring compliance with accounting and regulatory standards.

Advise public and pre-IPO clients on financial reporting, operational accounting, accounting standards implementation, restatements, filings, and complex transactions. Communicate findings and recommendations, collaborate with client teams, and develop compliant AI-enabled solutions. The role requires strong technical accounting expertise, knowledge of U.S. GAAP and/or IFRS, professional services experience, and a bachelor's degree. CPA or CA certification is preferred. Travel up to 30% and a hybrid schedule are required.

As a Director in Finance Transformation, you'll lead client engagements, guiding CFOs through finance strategies and overseeing multi-year transformation programs, while developing team capabilities and fostering business growth.
