Design and build autoscaling, self-healing storage infrastructure on AWS. Own Terraform-based IaC, CI/CD and deployment tooling, observability, capacity planning, cluster lifecycle management, and performance/cost optimizations. Drive reliability, incident response, and automation to operate data-intensive distributed storage with minimal human intervention.

Own and run technical enablement programs for Solutions Engineers and Customer Success Engineers. Design and deliver onboarding, demos, PoV guidance, licensing/sizing/pricing training, and product positioning. Collaborate cross-functionally to align enablement with product launches, measure program effectiveness, and leverage AI and agentic workflows for just-in-time training and lab development. Support remote, global teams and occasional outside-hours duties.

Provide frontline IT support at Cribl's San Francisco office and globally: hardware provisioning, access requests, onboarding/offboarding, AV and event support, MDM and cloud tool support, document troubleshooting in a knowledge base, execute projects to automate and integrate systems, and participate in on-call/standby duties.
