Work with customers to configure and maintain Cresta's Opera platform, identify key moments using keyword/utterance rules, monitor voice analytics trends, produce insight reports, respond to ad hoc analysis requests, and mentor customer analysts to maximize product value.

Manage and scale global paid media programs (LinkedIn, Google, Meta, emerging channels). Execute end-to-end campaigns, optimize for pipeline and revenue, partner with Creative and Marketing Ops, leverage AI and audience enrichment tools, ensure tracking and attribution, analyze performance, and present insights to leadership.

Lead and coach a Strategic Solutions Engineering team to support complex sales cycles. Align SE coverage with sales priorities, run technical discovery, design solutions, execute demos/POCs, support strategic $1M+ deals, and collaborate with Product and Engineering to influence roadmap and scale SE best practices.
