Build tooling that enables marketers to work independently and develop, deploy, evaluate, and optimize AI agents for marketing use cases. Partner with brand, design, marketing operations, product, and engineering teams while providing technical leadership and owning projects end to end.

Partners with enterprise account executives to understand customer needs, develop technical solutions, conduct product demonstrations, and lead proof-of-concept and pilot activities. Runs discovery calls, ROI workshops, and technical validation while translating use cases into business value. Trains prospective users, supports adoption, communicates with technical teams, and provides product feedback. Requires expertise in conversational AI, CCaaS, contact center infrastructure, and enterprise SaaS environments.

Own partner relationships and enablement for Crestaplatform, driving onboarding, technical enablement, joint GTM strategies, solution integrations, and revenue acceleration while coordinating Product, Sales, and Services to improve partner performance and adoption.
