Own complex enterprise SaaS deals from quote through signature, partnering with Sales, Finance, Legal, Security, and RevOps. Develop pricing models and commercial terms, manage approvals, analyze deal outcomes, and ensure alignment with revenue recognition and financial goals. Improve quote-to-cash processes, define system requirements, support Subskribe, CLM, and Salesforce enhancements, lead UAT and rollout, standardize workflows, and train Sales on deal construction and pricing strategy.

Customer-facing role deploying and optimizing AI Agents across the customer lifecycle. Define customer AI roadmaps, iterate prompt and context engineering, run evaluations and A/B tests with Forward-Deployed Engineers, leverage conversation-discovery tools and data analysis, and improve agent development and deployment playbooks.

As a Strategic Solutions Engineer, you'll partner with Sales Directors to tailor AI solutions for customer needs, conduct technical discovery, and demonstrate the business impacts of Cresta's offerings.
