Plans and specifies contract furniture for commercial, institutional, healthcare, and hospitality projects. Responsibilities include space planning, site verification, product specifications, technical drawings, inventory coordination, consultant coordination, finish selection, and client presentations. The role works closely with sales teams, clients, and MillerKnoll partners on complex, multi-phase projects and reconfigurations.

Coordinates furniture projects from bidding and order preparation through scheduling, delivery, installation, invoicing, and completion. Manages project phasing, drawings, specifications, dimensions, change orders, subcontractors, warehouse teams, foremen, clients, sales, and vendors. Ensures projects meet client expectations, timelines, and quoted costs while resolving punch-list issues and supporting installation activities.
