Leads brand governance, messaging, corporate and executive communications, internal communications, PR, thought leadership, and sales enablement for a global B2B manufacturing company. Partners across Sales, HR, Operations, executives, and subject matter experts to create content, manage communications programs, maintain brand consistency, support campaigns, and translate technical information into clear customer-facing messages. The role is onsite in Boston two days per week.

Leads DFM and DFA analysis for complex PCB assemblies, develops manufacturing rule sets, reviews fabrication and assembly data, and collaborates with manufacturing, quality, engineering, and customers. Designs high-density multilayer PCB layouts from schematics using industry-standard CAD tools, creates manufacturing deliverables, maintains libraries and design standards, and supports continuous improvement across a global electronics manufacturing organization.

Lead complex new product introduction programs from initiation through manufacturing launch. Develop launch strategies, schedules, cost estimates, and risk mitigation plans; coordinate cross-functional engineering, supply chain, quality, operations, and customer activities; facilitate stage-gate reviews; manage customer communications and executive reporting; track KPIs; improve NPI processes; and mentor project management team members. The role supports electronics manufacturing, with aerospace and defense experience strongly preferred.
