The Director of Program Management will oversee cross-functional execution of programs, align teams, manage dependencies, and drive organizational change in software and tech environments.

Maintains music publishing metadata, registers works and assets with collection societies, handles client and contract onboarding, researches catalog information, resolves publisher and royalty disputes, and supports licensing and broader publishing initiatives.

Supports digital marketing campaigns for music artists by assisting with campaign strategy, social media seeding, influencer and media research, content sourcing, trend monitoring, performance tracking, budget monitoring, audience engagement, and administrative reporting. Creates and posts short-form content, develops engaging headlines and captions, analyzes campaign metrics, and maintains tracking spreadsheets and documentation.
