Handle non-complex liability claims from intake through resolution: investigate coverage and liability, set reserves, approve payments within authority, document files, identify subrogation, evaluate fraud, and coordinate with managers and medical/third-party contacts.

Investigate and resolve complex commercial property losses (typically >$250,000) by determining coverage, estimating losses, negotiating settlements, managing claim teams and consultants, recommending litigation, presenting evidence in legal proceedings, and supporting business development and client relationships.
