Manage multiple concurrent projects, coordinate provider practices and internal teams, monitor integration risks, maintain timelines, resolve escalations, and ensure on-time, high-quality launches. Improve implementation playbooks, workflows, templates, and tooling while channeling customer feedback to product, engineering, and support.

Analyze clinical data completeness, reliability, and effectiveness across healthcare facilities, vendors, interoperability networks, and integration pathways. Reconcile claims with clinical records, identify missingness and latency, report ADT coverage, evaluate data technologies, recommend vendor configurations, and prioritize facilities for direct acquisition. Partner with product, engineering, and clinical teams to improve scalable, trustworthy data pipelines and support TEFCA and QHIN strategy.

Leads the Data Products engineering pillar, owning clinical data ingestion, canonical modeling, pipeline scalability, observability, and enterprise reporting foundations. Manages engineering teams and cross-functional delivery while advancing AI-assisted software development practices. The role requires building reliable, scalable data platforms for regulated healthcare environments, improving data quality and readiness, and translating technical strategy into business outcomes.
