Lead architecture across engineering teams and design AI-augmented capabilities for a regulated payment-integrity platform. Build and ship full-stack features, including REST APIs, single-page applications, data models, cloud-based containerized services, and relational database solutions. Translate product requests into deliverable work, contribute to architectural decisions, review pull requests, and protect patient data by maintaining strict PHI-handling practices. Work in a trunk-based development environment with short-lived branches, frequent releases, and continuous collaboration.

Maintain and support Java-based healthcare SaaS applications across multiple customer environments. Responsibilities include bug fixes, feature delivery, refactoring, deployments, security remediation, SQL and data migrations, code reviews, configuration improvements, and production support. The role requires a generalist software engineer comfortable with Java, Angular, SQL, REST APIs, enterprise applications, and customer-facing environments.
