Design and execute statistical analysis plans for clinical and real-world healthcare data using R, Stan, BUGS and SQL. Produce written and oral reports, collaborate with multidisciplinary project teams, engage with clients, and support publications, health economic models and HTA submissions. Receive training and progressively participate in client meetings.

Coordinate and support scientific client projects and internal initiatives, ensuring quality control of documents, scheduling and logistics for meetings/events, liaising with clients and suppliers, managing compliance and project tracking, assisting analysts and writers with data extraction and report preparation, and improving team processes and tools.

Lead end-to-end US and global market access and health economics projects, develop payer-facing value and reimbursement materials (AMCP dossiers, PIE decks, models), mentor analysts, build client relationships and project pipeline, and contribute to team strategy and capability building across multiple therapeutic areas.
