Manage global real-world evidence studies from setup through closeout, including ethics submissions, site feasibility, contracting, site visits, documentation, enrollment tracking, risk management, budgets, and compliance. Serve as the primary study-management contact, advise on ethics and regulatory standards, collaborate with statisticians and epidemiologists, develop SOPs and training, support process improvements, and contribute to proposals and business growth.

Lead and deliver statistical analysis plans and analyses (clinical trial, observational, aggregate data) using R, Stan, BUGS, SQL and Excel. Supervise project teams, provide strategic client advice, ensure quality control, communicate results in written and oral formats, contribute to business development, and mentor junior staff.

Hands-on internship appraising and interpreting complex statistics, planning and analysing clinical trial and observational data using R, Excel, Stan and BUGS. Work includes regression, survival and Bayesian network meta-analysis, producing outputs for publications, value materials and HTA submissions, with one-to-one training and mentoring from the Statistics team.
