Own the underwriting product surface for CoStar Debt Solutions, translating commercial real estate underwriting expertise into workflows, defaults, warnings, and AI-assisted decisions. Lead design partnerships with banks and sponsors, prioritize the roadmap across asset classes and customer types, and collaborate with engineering and product teams to define platform capabilities. The role requires encoding expert underwriting judgment into a scalable system used by credit officers, originators, asset managers, and sponsors.

Build and improve CRE underwriting platform workflows, including capital stack construction, rent roll ingestion, peer benchmarking, portfolio surveillance, and counterparty visibility. Translate underwriting judgment into product defaults, human-in-the-loop decisions, warnings, and AI-agent behaviors. Partner with senior product leaders, engineers, banks, and sponsors to define requirements, shape roadmaps, and ship capabilities across asset classes and customer types.

Sell CoStar’s data and analytics products to commercial real estate clients, generating new business while managing and expanding an existing portfolio. Responsibilities include prospecting, product demonstrations, consultative selling, negotiations, closing, onboarding, training, renewals, client relationship management, and representing CoStar at industry events. The role requires exceeding sales targets, developing market expertise, and conducting in-person client meetings.
