The Account Executive is responsible for driving new business sales in the commercial real estate sector while managing and expanding existing client portfolios. This role encompasses the entire sales process, including prospecting, product demonstrations, and maintaining customer satisfaction.

Serve as a client-facing analyst for CoStar Debt Solutions, guiding CRE lenders through onboarding, data mapping/validation, and portfolio analytics. Support portfolio surveillance, stress testing, CECL, refinance risk, and concentration analysis; provide training, documentation, and act as liaison with product, modeling, and engineering to resolve technical and analytical issues and drive adoption.
