Serve as the estate planning and wealth transfer subject matter expert for high- and ultra-high-net-worth clients. Develop and communicate strategies involving trusts, tax planning, asset protection, charitable giving, family governance, and business succession. Partner with Wealth Advisors and external legal and tax professionals, support business development, train advisors, mentor planners, and contribute to the firm's wealth planning strategy and thought leadership.

Monitor and process equity and fixed-income trades, confirmations, settlements, corporate actions, cash deficiencies, and failed trades. Reconcile client cash and asset positions against custodian records, research exceptions, maintain transaction documentation, verify tax-lot and cost-basis settings, and provide activity reports. The role also supports traders, custodians, brokers, and client service teams while ensuring accurate, compliant transaction processing.

Provides operational and client-service support for wealth management teams by preparing custodian, managed-account, subscription, and tax documentation; processing transfers, distributions, and account updates; supporting bill pay and accounting in QuickBooks; preparing financial reports; organizing quarterly meeting materials; tracking tasks; and assisting with office administration and special projects.
