The AI Business Analyst leads discovery, process mapping, use-case prioritization, and requirements definition for AI, analytics, reporting, and automation projects. They translate business needs into user stories and acceptance criteria, maintain traceability, assess data readiness and impacts, support backlog refinement and user acceptance testing, document validation results, and prepare process guidance and handover materials. The role connects client stakeholders with technical delivery teams while tracking risks, dependencies, decisions, and business outcomes.

Designs and implements Azure-based data and AI solutions for clients. Responsibilities include developing data platforms and ETL/ELT pipelines, integrating Azure AI and machine learning services, supporting solution architecture, implementing DevOps automation, ensuring governance and security, and building Power BI analytics. The consultant conducts client workshops, gathers requirements, presents solutions, mentors team members, and contributes to modern data and AI consulting engagements.

Designs, implements, supports, and improves enterprise Azure, hybrid, on-premises, and network security environments. Owns complex routing, switching, firewall, SD-WAN, cloud connectivity, and automation solutions. Provides L3 escalation support, incident triage, root cause analysis, client advisory, documentation, and technical leadership across managed services environments. Mentors engineers, improves standards and monitoring, supports migrations, and automates deployments using infrastructure-as-code and scripting tools.
