Manage and oversee patent docketing operations and IPMS data integrity firmwide. Supervise docketing team, perform quality checks and audits, implement workflow and system improvements, coordinate with IT and vendors, train staff, monitor legal changes affecting deadlines, and produce performance metrics and reports.

The Legal Support Specialist provides specialized administrative support to attorneys, prepares documents, maintains files, schedules meetings, and processes invoices.

Provide conflicts-of-interest review and risk management support for new clients, matters, hires, and timekeepers. Monitor and apply ABA and jurisdictional ethical rules, draft screens and waivers, research corporate affiliations, administer engagement terms, and work with attorneys and conflicts staff to resolve issues and ensure compliance.
