What It's Like to Work at Convention Data Services

I wanted to work someplace where I can grow and be valued as much as I value those around me. In order to be one of the best, you need to work with the best, and that's CDS!

I had heard that the employee experience at CDS was that of inclusion and respect. From the onboarding and training process, the transparent company communications, and constant collaboration, it has been a breath of fresh air.

CDS has a much different approach than other companies that I worked for; I have always been an individual with CDS, not just one of many. My managers and upper management have always cared about my achievements as well as my growth as an employee.

My career has grown because of CDS. The culture and leadership here encourages staff learning and initiative. My interest in tech began with agile project management but has grown to encompass product owner, manager and now director roles. Each step of the way I had great mentors and participated in training with the nation's top practitioners.

My team has an informal availability via MS teams where everyone feels comfortable to just hop on a video call through out the day to offer help if anyone is struggling with an issue.

At CDS, I've learned that to have a successful event, it takes a cohesive team effort. And at CDS, we have the best team members you could ever ask for.
