Develop new business and expand existing customer relationships through market research, sales strategy, proposals, quotes, and customer presentations. The role manages local sales and marketing activities, tracks competitive and territory information, supports operations staffing and training, and serves as a field resource for sales and operations personnel. Success requires meeting sales quotas, identifying new markets, communicating effectively with senior management, and operating independently.

Perform micro-cleaning of cleanrooms, controlled environments, and GMP laboratories following cGMP and customer SOPs. Maintain documentation, identify deviations, complete corrective actions, participate in training, and assist cross-training. Follow safety procedures, handle cleaning chemicals, and meet physical and vision requirements.
