Own the strategy and roadmap for Constructor’s search quality and Product Discovery Engine. Drive measurable improvements in relevance, conversion, revenue per visit, and GMV across retail verticals. Partner with ML, data science, and engineering teams to productionize state-of-the-art retrieval, ranking, query understanding, personalization, and LLM capabilities. Establish evaluation frameworks, investigate quality issues, align multiple teams, and expand into chapter-wide product leadership.

Develop and scale enablement programs for global Customer Success and GTM teams. Responsibilities include CSM onboarding, product and competitive training, technical and commercial playbooks, centralized knowledge management, internal communications, AI-enabled workflows, coaching support, and measurement of learning adoption and performance. The role partners with Product, Marketing, Sales, and CS leadership to improve time-to-productivity, retention, expansion, and ongoing product alignment.

Build full-stack prospect demo solutions for ecommerce search and discovery products. Develop JavaScript data collection tools, front-end integrations, ETL workflows, dashboards, alerts, and open-source UI libraries and REST clients. Validate prospect data, support integrations, answer technical questions, collaborate with sales and product teams, and contribute to automated testing, code reviews, and demo infrastructure.
