Own the architecture, performance, reliability, and technical direction of high-traffic backend services and public APIs supporting search, browse, autocomplete, and recommendations. Own strategic relationships for a book of enterprise ecommerce clients, drive renewals and upsells, surface risks, educate customers on product value and use cases, analyze ecommerce performance/A-B tests, and coordinate cross-functional initiatives to meet retention and growth targets.
