Supervise and direct armed security officers across multi-building sites: scheduling, training, inspections, incident response, client liaison, event access control and patrols, administrative tasks (timekeeping, reports), and serve as first-line command during emergencies.

Provide professional unarmed security services for buildings in Boston: conduct perimeter and internal patrols, screen visitors, respond to alarms/emergencies, enforce rules, complete reports, perform traffic control, and provide first aid/CPR. Maintain certifications, comply with policies, and support safety and quality programs. Regular in-person attendance required.

Builds a talent pool of armed and unarmed security professionals for international, high-threat assignments. Responsibilities include static security, mobile protective details, motorcade operations, weapons use, and maintaining tactical proficiency. Requires U.S. citizenship, valid passport and drivers license, minimum three years protective security experience, ability to pass pre-deployment training/weapons qualifications and fitness standards, and willingness to deploy to austere, high-risk locations.
