Design, operate, and automate network infrastructure across data centers and offices. Build tooling for provisioning, configuration, and monitoring; support routing, switching, firewalls, load balancers, DDoS mitigation, and hybrid cloud networking. Participate in hardware lifecycle projects, PCI and security initiatives, troubleshooting, documentation, and a 24x7 on-call rotation.

The Senior Revenue Analyst will analyze customer retention and revenue growth, provide financial insights, and collaborate with cross-functional teams for strategic planning.

Maintain and improve cloud-native platform infrastructure using Kubernetes, ArgoCD, Istio/Gloo Mesh, Prometheus, and AWS. Coordinate upgrades, perform monthly operational tasks, build and upgrade clusters, troubleshoot AWS/Kubernetes issues, document procedures, contribute to observability, and participate in on-call rotations while collaborating with stakeholders and senior engineers.
