Hitting 100 employees was a huge milestone for Sproul — but she didn’t dwell on the moment long. After all, she’s striving for a future of 500 HQ connectors. “The challenge of helping our culture flex from startup to scaleup is truly rewarding,” she said. Between supporting connectors to level up their career through coursework, leadership development training, and monthly lunch and learns ranging from personal finance to ethically running a business, Sproul believes that education is key to a mutually beneficial work relationship. “I get to wear a lot of hats and love the variety of it all!”
