Create and manage B2B content across channels to drive awareness and pipeline. Own storytelling, SEO/AEO/GEO optimization, editorial calendar, content governance, webinar and speaker programs, cross-functional alignment, and performance measurement to support demand generation and product marketing.

Leads the architectural vision, technology strategy, and long-term evolution of Conga’s B2B platform. Designs scalable enterprise SaaS and distributed systems, establishes architecture governance, advances cloud-native and data capabilities, evaluates technologies, and guides modernization. Partners with Product, Engineering, Security, Operations, Data, and executive leaders while mentoring architects and senior technical contributors. The role focuses on Azure-based, API-first, event-driven platforms supporting Revenue Lifecycle Management and Pricing Solutions.

Leads the People Partner function supporting globally distributed Operations and Services teams. Provides strategic and hands-on guidance on performance management, talent assessment, career development, compensation benchmarking, annual compensation planning, employee experience, and organizational change. Manages and mentors a regional People Partner team, partners with business leaders, improves HR processes, and supports talent and workforce strategy. Requires approximately 10% domestic and international travel.
