Teams at Conga

Owns the go-to-market strategy, positioning, messaging, launches, sales enablement, and market insights for Conga’s Document Automation portfolio. The role leads cross-functional alignment across Product, Sales, Customer Success, Partners, RevOps, and Marketing; develops customer and competitive insights; creates enablement and campaign content; influences product direction; and drives adoption, differentiation, and pipeline contribution for Conga Composer, Conga Sign, and related products.

Leads security and identity capabilities for Conga’s B2B platform, including authentication, authorization, access control, tenant context, and secure cross-platform integrations. Designs and implements scalable core services, guides a team of 5–8 engineers, establishes security standards, and drives code, design, threat-modeling, and operational readiness reviews. The role also involves mentoring, cross-functional technical leadership, incident resolution, customer escalations, and collaboration on cloud-native, AI-related platform capabilities.

Designs scalable and secure applications, drives product innovation, and streamlines customer migrations to Conga’s flagship platform. Responsibilities include translating business requirements into technical designs, developing Salesforce and .NET solutions, building Angular and React interfaces, conducting code reviews and quality checks, writing and debugging code, implementing automated testing, and applying database, API, object-oriented programming, and system design principles.
