Seeking an experienced (10-12 yrs) SAP MM/OER specialist for device lifecycle management and production support. Role includes customizing SAP MM and OTC, architecting and configuring SAP OER tables and data objects for mobile operations, integrating MM/OTC with OER, and performing data mining, extraction and migration from SAP OER to an Oracle platform.

Lead functional design for HR/Benefits reports and HR HelpDesk configurations, support Oracle Benefits Cloud/Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM, finalize functional report designs, test solutions, coordinate offshore report development and business testing, and support benefits testing.

Lead design, implementation, and adoption of Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations globally. Translate business needs into D365 solutions, manage service providers, mentor users, oversee customizations/integrations/data management, create test scripts and documentation, and deliver training while ensuring standardized processes and stakeholder alignment.
