As a Senior Forward Deployed Engineer, you will collaborate with healthcare clients to implement customized tech solutions, provide technical support during deployment, and contribute to documentation and problem-solving, enhancing patient care and access through innovative technology.

Manage day-to-day operations for 12+ client accounts (~$1M+ ARR), drive operational metrics and client growth, resolve escalations, standardize processes, collaborate cross-functionally, and support scaling of onboarding and RCM operations. Travel ~10-20%.
