Supports grant and foundation research, grant writing, proposals, letters of inquiry, grant tracking in Instrumental, reporting, development meetings, and nonprofit development projects. The internship provides practical experience in philanthropy, funding models, organizational sustainability, and social-impact work. This is a remote role requiring 10–15 hours weekly for up to 16 weeks.

Provides organization-wide compliance oversight across human services programs. Establishes regulatory governance, directs audits and investigations, identifies risks, manages corrective action plans, maintains compliance reporting and policies, supports licensing and accreditation reviews, advises leadership, delivers training, and reports performance to executives and the Board. The remote role requires regular travel throughout New England and to New York, plus a valid driver's license.

Supports national adult and youth justice policy projects through process documentation, policy and literature research, report and presentation development, fact-checking, stakeholder interview preparation, meeting notes, information tracking, and administrative assistance. The intern synthesizes complex information, evaluates justice policies and practices, communicates findings to varied audiences, and collaborates with project teams under tight deadlines.

Provides front-desk, security, accountability, and resident-support services in a community corrections setting. Duties include signing residents and visitors in and out, answering calls, conducting safety and bed checks, performing searches, monitoring resident activities, collecting urine samples, administering alcohol tests, documenting activities in SecurManage, responding to concerns, and serving as a positive role model. The role is an entry-level, 8-hour-per-week flex position in Boston.

Provides front desk, resident accountability, security, documentation, and monitoring support in a community corrections program. Duties include reception, resident sign-in and sign-out, house and bed checks, searches, substance testing, safety rounds, telephone checks, mail distribution, and data entry in SecurManage. The role also requires serving as a supportive role model, responding to resident concerns, and attending required training and meetings.
