Support the Director in day-to-day operations of a residential program for individuals with developmental disabilities. Implement policies and DDS compliance, supervise residents' medical, nutritional, educational, and general welfare, manage house and resident funds, participate in ISP development and admissions, recruit and schedule staff, and provide on-call coverage as needed.

Provide on-vehicle supervision and assistance to program participants during morning and afternoon van rides. Ensure safe, punctual transportation, follow Individual Support Plans and behavioral/clinical treatment plans, assist with boarding and exiting, document target behaviors, and submit daily reports.

Provide comprehensive case management for Adult Family Care clients: intake and psychosocial assessments, develop and monitor plans of care, conduct monthly on-site visits, document progress notes, coordinate services, support discharge planning, and participate in emergency on-call rotation.
