Support the Director in day-to-day operations of a residential program for individuals with developmental disabilities. Implement policies and DDS compliance, supervise residents' medical, nutritional, educational, and general welfare, manage house and resident funds, participate in ISP development and admissions, recruit and schedule staff, and provide on-call coverage as needed.

Provide on-vehicle supervision and assistance to program participants during morning and afternoon van rides. Ensure safe, punctual transportation, follow Individual Support Plans and behavioral/clinical treatment plans, assist with boarding and exiting, document target behaviors, and submit daily reports.

Provide comprehensive case management for Adult Family Care clients: intake and psychosocial assessments, develop and monitor plans of care, conduct monthly on-site visits, document progress notes, coordinate services, support discharge planning, and participate in emergency on-call rotation.

Oversee day-to-day operations of a residential program for individuals with developmental disabilities, ensure DDS compliance, supervise staff, maintain safe sanitary home environment, protect residents' rights and confidentiality, oversee medical/nutritional welfare, and provide 24/7 on-call coverage.

Provide one-on-one personal care and assistance to an adult with developmental disabilities in a day program. Implement support and behavior plans, deliver ADL training, develop community-based inclusion activities, and provide transportation when requested. Follow crisis and behavior support procedures and collaborate with staff and managers to promote skill maintenance and improvement.

Coordinate, implement, and evaluate inclusive recreation programs for children and adults with developmental disabilities. Complete intakes and assessments, recruit and supervise staff/volunteers, build community partnerships, organize Special Olympics teams, assist with outreach, grant writing, financial oversight, and ensure compliance with agency policies and confidentiality.

Provide leadership and oversight for the Life Choices day program, supervising staff, planning group activities, ensuring regulatory compliance (CARF, EOEA, DMR), coordinating with clinical teams, managing referrals and community relationships, overseeing documentation and case management, and delivering staff training and development.

Part-time Recreation Assistant plans and runs recreational programs, supervises and supports participants (including transportation and personal care), liaises with community resources, responds to emergencies, and maintains flexible availability for late afternoons, evenings and weekends.
