Manage and grow enterprise customer relationships by driving ecommerce product adoption, onboarding, training, KPI performance, renewals, and strategic success plans. Provide data-driven content and retail media recommendations across platforms such as Amazon, Walmart, Target, and Chewy. Coordinate customer support with technical teams, communicate with senior executives, represent customer needs internally, and help shape product development. This remote role requires 15–25% travel to client locations.

Leads revenue operations across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success, including forecasting, planning, reporting, quota and compensation design, GTM systems, process optimization, and KPI management. Builds and leads the Revenue Operations team, evaluates AI and automation opportunities, manages the GTM technology stack, supports retention and churn forecasting, and drives cross-functional operating plans and business effectiveness.

The Business Development Representative will prospect enterprise decision-makers, create personalized outbound campaigns, generate qualified meetings and pipeline, and collaborate with Account Executives, GTM, Product, and Marketing teams. The role involves researching accounts, using AI and sales tools, maintaining CRM data, sharing market feedback, and continuously experimenting to improve outreach. Candidates should have 1–3+ years of business development or sales experience and be comfortable working in an in-office, fast-paced environment in Mountain View, California.
