Manage and grow a high-volume portfolio of small business clients by generating new business, guiding clients through the sales cycle, recommending multi-platform advertising solutions, tracking pipeline and CRM activity, supporting campaign setup and basic reporting, and maintaining responsive client relationships.

Analyze sales performance to identify competency gaps, coach individuals and teams, facilitate cross-functional problem-solving, propose and implement solutions to improve sales effectiveness, and work with leadership to remediate underperformance.

The SMB Senior Account Executive will sell Comcast services to small and mid-sized businesses, focusing on advanced communication solutions. Responsibilities include developing territory, maintaining sales records, ensuring customer satisfaction, and achieving sales targets through new acquisitions and lead generation.
