Lead a VIP services team onboard to deliver personalized, culturally sensitive experiences for Arabic and other VIP guests. Manage VIP lounge, coordinate exclusive events, liaise with departments, handle complaints, train staff, and ensure safety and compliance throughout the cruise.

Lead the onboard Digital Experience team to manage apps, Wi‑Fi, digital screens and interactive TV; resolve technical issues, drive revenue via promotions, train crew, monitor KPIs, handle guest complaints, and liaise with shoreside IT and marketing.

Coordinate group bookings and onboard events, act as primary contact for group leaders, liaise with ship departments, manage logistics and VIP requests, maintain records, assist pre-cruise planning, and ensure high guest service standards.
