Leads strategy, roadmaps, quality standards, and modernization for College Board’s higher education data programs. Builds affordability measurement frameworks, dashboards, reports, market analyses, and opportunity scoring to guide institutional and student outreach. Analyzes international higher education data to expand SAT and AP recognition. Partners cross-functionally, manages external relationships, influences stakeholders, and translates complex datasets into strategic recommendations and actionable insights.

Leads technical readiness for College Board’s digital assessments by translating platform changes into actionable requirements, defining network and device standards, supporting engineers, analyzing incidents, and coordinating readiness across product, technology, vendors, and test-day teams. The role owns technical guidance, troubleshooting resources, risk reduction, process documentation, and cross-functional communications for testing environments.

Leads College Board’s User Readiness function across community management, digital engagement, technical readiness, analytics, and risk intervention. Establishes shared readiness standards, coordinates cross-program roadmaps, manages people leaders and contract staff, and owns readiness outcomes. Partners with product and technology executives to prepare users for digital testing platforms, translate technical requirements, drive organizational change, and scale a unified operating model across assessment programs.
