Teams at The College Board

Lead accessibility for College Board assessments by writing and reviewing image descriptions, captions, headings, reader scripts, and braille notes. Remediate content to WCAG, Section 504, and ADA standards; conduct quality, usability, and application testing; resolve accessibility issues; and document standards and processes. Advocate for accessible design, synthesize research into recommendations, represent accessibility in cross-functional planning, and mentor colleagues on universal design and accommodations.

Produces technical vector graphics, maps, and illustrations across AP courses and formats. Maintains accessibility, brand, asset library, template, and documentation standards while adapting to shifting priorities and unfamiliar subject matter. Troubleshoots technical and workflow issues, collaborates with content experts and production colleagues, and contributes to process improvements in a deadline-driven environment.

Own project and portfolio management for prototype and pilot initiatives, including timelines, dependencies, risks, decision gates, intake, status reporting, and launch readiness. Manage the team’s knowledge and document systems, reusable artifacts, version control, review workflows, and decision records. Facilitate Agile planning activities and coordinate cross-functional contributors while ensuring initiatives remain organized, aligned, and decision-ready.
