Responsibilities include setting technical direction, embedding analytics into operational decisions, presenting insights, hiring and coaching analytics staff, and building future AI and data-infrastructure capabilities.

Develop and execute consultative sales strategies for College Board financial aid software, managing opportunities from prospecting through close. Build relationships with higher education leaders, conduct tailored demonstrations, expand existing accounts, maintain Salesforce pipelines and forecasts, support renewals, identify cancellation risks, and use customer and market intelligence to inform sales and retention strategies.

Build scalable Tableau dashboards and reporting systems using operational data from Salesforce, AWS, SQL databases, APIs, and vendor platforms. Analyze large datasets, resolve data-quality issues, identify performance drivers and emerging risks, and translate findings into actionable recommendations. Prepare business-review insights for senior leaders, standardize metrics, improve reporting efficiency, and partner cross-functionally to support customer experience and operational decisions.

Lead onboarding and implementation for higher education partners using College Board enrollment products. Design and deliver virtual and in-person training, webinars, learning resources, and LMS content to drive product adoption and customer success. The role manages multiple priorities, supports partner retention, and requires travel three to five times annually.

Leads strategy, optimization, and delivery of finance systems, primarily Workday Financials, Adaptive Planning, and Strategic Sourcing. Owns system roadmaps, prioritizes enhancements, manages implementations, coordinates stakeholders and consultants, supports releases, and maintains data integrity.
