Manage payoff, HOA, and lien processing; order demands and track requests; maintain organized, compliant escrow files; deliver customer service to internal and external partners; meet deadlines in a high-volume environment and follow standardized workflows to support timely closings.

Lead performance marketing for owned channels to drive pipeline and revenue. Own strategy and execution for lifecycle, segmentation, CRM programs, and full-funnel campaigns. Partner with Sales, Product, Creative and Analytics to improve MQL/SQL definitions, attribution, cohort analysis, and conversion. Manage budgets, forecasts, experimentation, and a small demand-gen team to optimize funnel velocity, cross-sell penetration, and measurable revenue outcomes.
