Processes real estate escrow transactions from intake through closing. Responsibilities include entering transaction data, collecting documentation, clearing title conditions, coordinating closing schedules, preparing Closing Disclosures and closing documents, communicating with buyers, sellers, agents, lenders, and other parties, and meeting accuracy, productivity, and team performance standards.

Manage end-to-end event planning for multiple real estate brands: site selection, vendor/logistics management, budgets, contracts, registration, AV specs, signage, F&B, housing, virtual events, and post-event financial recaps and debriefs. Collaborate with marketing, communications, and client success to drive attendance and on-site execution.
