Leads commercial training, field enablement, meeting and event operations, and contract workflow coordination for a biotechnology company's commercial organization. Manages training programs, national sales meetings, vendors, budgets, cross-functional stakeholders, and CLM workflows. Facilitates contracts through Legal and Procurement review, administers routing and approval processes, identifies process efficiencies, and trains business users on contracting procedures and CLM tools.

Manage inventory and cost accounting processes for Cogent Biosciences’ transition to commercial operations. Responsibilities include product costing, inventory valuation, cost of goods sold, variance analysis, month-end close, reconciliations, inventory reserves, cycle counts, audit support, internal controls, and financial reporting under U.S. GAAP. The role partners with Supply Chain, FP&A, Quality, Technical Operations, vendors, and auditors while improving ERP utilization, cost models, and inventory accounting processes.
