Lead Coastal's 24x7 security operations and incident response across hybrid on-prem/cloud environments. Own SIEM/SOAR, detection engineering (KQL/Sigma), EDR, vulnerability management, SOC/MSSP governance, threat hunting, forensics, and audit evidence. Serve as incident commander, develop playbooks/SOPs, run tabletop exercises, drive post-incident remediation, and report KPIs to executives and stakeholders.

Lead development and oversight of the bank's Compliance Management System. Drive policy creation, regulatory exam management, metrics and MIS reporting, technology initiatives, remediation of gaps from audits/exams, stakeholder reporting, and manage regulator and internal audit requests to ensure deposit, lending, privacy, and consumer compliance.

Execute risk-based compliance monitoring and testing to validate bank adherence to laws and regulations. Develop workpapers, report findings with root-cause analysis, verify remediation, perform complaint and data analytics, use social media listening and AI tools for marketing compliance, and support annual risk assessments while maintaining stakeholder relationships.
