Lead enterprise portfolio management and change adoption for employee-impacting initiatives. The role establishes governance, prioritization, reporting, dependency and risk visibility, and coordinates technology, operations, communications, training, and executive stakeholders. It translates complex changes into actionable communications, identifies adoption barriers, supports implementation and reinforcement, and may eventually manage portfolio operations or initiative delivery staff. The role also applies AI to improve decision-making and operational efficiency with appropriate governance and oversight.

Own full-cycle recruiting for corporate and People Operations roles, including director and VP searches. Build target-company lists, market maps, and talent pipelines; conduct proactive outreach; represent Clover’s mission; and partner with senior leaders on calibration, slate quality, and hiring strategy. The recruiter will use AI tools for sourcing, research, outreach, and pipeline management, lead confidential searches, provide market intelligence, and influence hiring managers through data-driven recommendations.

Leads high-priority, cross-functional initiatives for the Office of the Chairman, translating strategic goals into structured workstreams and measurable outcomes. The role drives execution across teams, manages internal and external dependencies, creates systems and pilots amid ambiguity, aligns stakeholders without formal authority, and advises executive leadership on strategic priorities, growth, and operational leverage.
