Lead and grow CLA's State & Local Tax (SALT) income and franchise practice, managing consulting and compliance engagements (nexus, restructuring, voluntary disclosures, PTE tax, PL 86-282, return reviews), representing clients with tax authorities, recruiting and developing regional staff, partnering on thought leadership and transaction support, and ensuring adherence to firm risk management and engagement policies.

Lead and grow the National Exempt Tax practice serving healthcare, higher education, and nonprofit clients. Provide technical tax guidance, review and sign exempt organization returns, research and draft tax memoranda, manage engagements, ensure compliance, and mentor staff.
