Provides high-level administrative and executive support to two Senior Partners, managing schedules, communications, travel, expenses, meetings, events, and confidential information. Coordinates partner-led initiatives, including reporting, budgeting, and SOW execution. Also supports EA team training, onboarding, process standardization, documentation, and workflow improvement across offices. Regular travel and flexible hours are required.

The Learning & Development Manager will design and implement training programs, coordinate logistics, collaborate with leaders, and assess training effectiveness.

Lead firmwide AI tool portfolio and enablement: prioritize AI initiatives, design prompts and workflows, productionize consultant-built prototypes, manage stakeholder communications, ensure governance and compliance, deliver training, and measure adoption and impact to drive AI use across consulting teams.
