Analyze and manipulate large datasets supporting energy modeling and SEM programs. Review data before and after modeling, maintain standardized templates and databases, integrate data into statistical software, quality-control models and reports, and create work instructions. The role also involves automating data processing, troubleshooting Visual Basic and Excel tools, managing Smartsheet data, supporting benchmarking reports, and collaborating with internal teams and occasional clients.

Supports internal and external program delivery through data management, analysis, reporting, client and account interactions, team coordination, quality review, timeline oversight, compliance monitoring, and process improvement. The role produces professional program reports, helps set goals, addresses system functionality, and facilitates smooth program operations. Requires 2–4 years of customer or client engagement experience; a bachelor’s degree is preferred.

Coordinates energy-efficiency programs and projects by scheduling field personnel, tracking paperwork and correspondence, processing payments, entering and validating data, gathering metrics, and exporting reports. Supports technicians, auditors, account managers, and program operations staff while following program guidelines and improving process quality. The role is remote within specified northeastern and mid-Atlantic states and requires strong organization, attention to detail, analytical skills, and Microsoft Suite experience.
